They use a very conscious, malicious form of misinformation to mislead and manipulate their readers by selective application of facts and omission of context. Usually they do this to present a partisan picture advancing a particular narrative, specifically the preferred perspective the corporate establishment wants to promote.
I contacted the founder a few years ago.
The simple question to her was about their position on allegations of bias at snopes.
A more mealy-mouthed non-answer could not have been written by a career politician.
I didn't save it, dammit.
Whatta a pile of **** set of hypocrites... **** snopes.
They'll plug in just enough truth to establish plausible deniability. Fake assholes.
